Party Royale

Terms of Service

Effective 18 September 2026 · Last updated 18 September 2026

The short version. Party Royale is free to play. Joining a party needs no account and no payment, and that will not change. Signing in with Google is optional, and is what lets the game keep your level and your progress across devices.

Be decent to the people you play with. Do not cheat, and do not try to break the servers. If we ever sell anything in the game, you buy it through Google Play, it is a licence to use a feature rather than property you own, and it cannot be exchanged for money.

These terms are an agreement between you and VuelvaTech ("we", "us"), and they cover the Party Royale game at games.vuelvatech.com/party-royale and the Party Royale Android app. By playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play.

How we handle data is a separate document: the Privacy Policy. Where the two overlap, the Privacy Policy governs questions about data.

1. Who may play

You may use Party Royale if you are old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and if nothing in law prevents you from doing so. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

If you sign in with Google, you must be old enough to hold a Google account under Google's own terms. If you buy anything, you must be permitted to make the purchase on the payment method you use, and you must have the account holder's permission.

2. The game, and what we promise about it

Party Royale is provided as it is. We add minigames, change balance, rename things, and occasionally remove features. Rounds are short and the game is played live over the internet, so matches can end unexpectedly because of a lost connection, a restart, or a bug.

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, that a given minigame will always exist, or that a match will always finish. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we may stop offering it altogether — see section 9.

3. Accounts and signing in

An account is not required to play. You can host or join a party, and play every minigame, without signing in.

Signing in with Google is optional and exists so that:

You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. We identify you by the account identifier Google gives us; we never see your Google password. If you lose access to that Google account, we may be unable to restore progress or purchases associated with it.

You may sign out at any time, and you may ask us to delete the account record we hold — see the Privacy Policy. Deleting it also deletes the progress, balances and ranking attached to it, and that cannot be undone.

4. Names, chat and how to behave

The name you choose is shown to other players and may appear on a leaderboard. Do not use a name that is abusive, hateful, sexual, impersonates somebody else, or is somebody else's personal information.

While playing with others, do not:

We may remove a name, clear a leaderboard entry, reset a rating, suspend access, or delete an account record in response to any of the above. Where a breach is serious or repeated we may do so without warning. Where it is minor we will usually just remove the offending thing.

5. Virtual items: credits, coins and passes

Not yet in the game. As of the effective date above, Party Royale sells nothing and contains no advertising. This section describes how these things will work if and when they are introduced, so that nothing about them is a surprise. The store listing and this page will say so when that changes.

Credits are earned by playing — a daily amount, optional rewarded adverts, and daily tasks. Coins are bought with money. Both are spent to open a party; joining a party always costs nothing. A monthly pass, if offered, lets you host without spending either.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases in the Android app are made through Google Play, and Google's terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. We do not take payments ourselves and never see your card details. Requests inside Google's refund window are made to Google; you can also write to us and we will help where we can.

If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we remove the coins it paid for. If they have already been spent, the balance may go to zero, and we will not withhold anything you earned by playing to recover it.

Except where the law gives you a right to one, purchases are final once delivered and consumed. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights you have where you live, including any right to cancel.

6. Competitive play

Where ranked play, seasons or leaderboards are offered, ratings and standings are ours to administer. We may correct, reset or recalculate them, run and end seasons, and remove entries obtained by cheating, collusion or abuse. A rating is a record of play, not a possession.

7. Our content, and yours

The game, its code, art, music, sound and name belong to VuelvaTech or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, decompile, modify, redistribute or create derivative works from it, except where the law permits regardless of this restriction.

Anything you type — a display name, a chat message — remains yours, and you give us permission to show it to the other players in your session and, in the case of names, on a leaderboard.

8. Liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost progress, for lost balances, or for anything arising from a matter outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Suspension, deletion and closing the service

You can stop playing at any time, and uninstalling the app or closing the tab ends these terms for you.

We may suspend or end your access for a breach of section 4, or where we are required to by law. If we discontinue Party Royale entirely, we will give reasonable notice in the game where we can, and we will stop selling coins and passes before we stop honouring the ones already bought.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and where the change is significant we will note it in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop playing.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes may be brought in the courts there. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away the right to rely on the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

Before going to court, please write to us. Most problems are a misunderstanding and are quicker to fix by email.
